Abstract：Urbanization has driven economic and social development of China, and significantly improved the lives and production conditions of the residents. However, in the past ten years, urbanization in China has deviated from the principle of gradual and orderly progress, and appeared the phenomenon of "rash advance" urbanization.This paper reasonably evaluates urbanization rate of China, recognizes the urbanization process in China, and analyzes the "rash advance" Urbanization. Accordingly, the paper brings forward planning strategy on healthy development of urbanization in China.
